Terms of Service
Spyra One · Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms govern use of Spyra One, a workforce and operations application operated by Spyra Labs ("we", "us", "our") at app.spyra.one and in the Spyra One mobile applications (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by the organisation that licenses the Service; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your organisation's administrators can create, modify, suspend and delete accounts, and can see the records your role exposes to them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems that host it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
- upload malware, or unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit attendance or work records on behalf of someone else;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits it.
Your data
Data entered into the Service by your organisation and its people remains your organisation's. We use it to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Your organisation is responsible for the lawfulness of the personal information it puts into the Service, including informing its staff about attendance monitoring where local law requires it.
Third-party connections
Optional integrations — such as Google Calendar — are connected at your choice and are governed by the terms of those providers as well as these. You can disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable or changing its behaviour.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and to give notice of planned maintenance where practical, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We improve the Service continuously, and features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We will not make a change that materially reduces core functionality for a paying organisation without telling it first.
Fees
Fees, billing periods and support commitments are set in the agreement between Spyra Labs and your organisation. Individual users are not charged directly.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding belong to Spyra Labs. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them. Your organisation is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its internal business during its subscription.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where there is a genuine security risk, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms, and will restore it once the cause is resolved. Your organisation may stop using the Service at any time in line with its agreement. On termination we delete or return its data on request, subject to retention periods required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Spyra One assists with attendance, payroll and approvals, but your organisation remains responsible for its own legal, tax and employment obligations and for checking the records it relies on.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we will tell organisations using the Service about material changes.
